Shipping policy
🚚 Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
📦 Shipping Delays: During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
🔍 Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx but is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with the respective shipping carrier. We do not replace stolen orders.
